Store Policies

Order Policy

Orders placed after 2PM CST Monday - Friday will not be until the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday or business day. Skyline Vapor does not ship packages during any of the major U.S. holidays due to the post office being closed. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

To view orders and order status updates please log in to your SkylineVapor.com account dashboard and click on the "View Order Status" tab. Order confirmations will also be mailed to your email account on file. If you have not received a confirmation by email please remember to check your junk mail before contacting us.

Shipping Policy

All domestic and international shipping is done via USPS. Tracking information can be obtained here:

Tracking Numbers: Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours before they populate on the USPS website due to delays in the shipping company's scanning/input into their system, most notably on weekends.  Please allow up to 24 hours before checking your tracking number on the USPS website.

Delayed or Lost Packages:  If you suspect that your package is delayed or lost, please wait at least 14 business days from the date the package was shipped with both First Class and Priority options.  USPS does not allow us to file late claims with them until 14 days have passed from the date of shipment, and there is little we can do to help you until the 14 day period has passed. 

International Orders: We do everything we can to assist your shipment through your country's customs.  However, in the unfortunate event that the seizure of your shipment does occur, we can not be held liable for any shipments delayed or siezed due to customs in your country.  

Returns Policy

Skyline Vapor stands behind our products 100%, but due to United States health codes, Skyline Vapor can not accept any returns on E-LIQUID.  If you have any problems with the quality of any product(s) please contact us by email and state the reasons clearly with the issue of the product(s). We will take all issues into consideration and come to a fair resolution.

If you have received a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Payment Policy

At this time SkylineVapor.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for most countries.

SkylineVapor.com will NOT accept credit card payment from the following countries listed below.

Safety Policy

The products on SkylineVapor.com are intended for use by persons 18 or older, and not by children, women who are pregnant or breast feeding, or persons with or at risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or taking medicine for depression or asthma. If you have a demonstrated allergy or sensitivity to nicotine or any combination of inhalants, consult your physician before using this product. This product is sold purely for recreational purposes - it is not a smoking cessation product and has not been tested as such. You must be over the legal age in your state to buy or use this product. Nicotine is highly addictive and habit forming. Keep out of reach of children.

Our products contains Nicotine, a chemical known to the state of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Skyline Vapor takes our responsibility to protect the privacy and confidentiality of any customer information very seriously. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable legal standards to store and secure client information from unauthorized access and use, alteration and destruction. Our own policies and procedures have been developed to protect the confidentiality of client information and to help achieve compliance with relevant rules and regulations.  We hold our employees accountable for complying with those policies, procedures, rules and regulations.

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers: Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email address, Phone number, and Credit/Debit Card Information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to others. We use customer information we collect only for the purposes of filling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of their order status, sending promotional information (only if requested), enhancing the operation of our site, for statistical purposes and to administer our systems.

We may use third parties to help us fulfill orders, to help process payments, to provide customer service, to serve site content, help administer promotional emails, and to administer drawings or contests. Our computer system protects personal information using advanced firewall technology. We will not provide, rent, or make available in any way, customer information to any party outside of Skyline Vapor. Customer order information, credit card information and phone numbers are used to process orders only.

SkylineVapor.com is TRUST-e certified, meaning that an outside body has certified that we do not improperly use any personal information collected from customers while online.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
